Dogs Trust Dog School Successfully Ends Visit to Doboj!

The Dogs Trust Dog School ends its visit to the Doboj region at the end of this week. About 80 candidates, owners who, with the help of our expert trainers, taught their dogs the basic commands of good behaviour exclusively through positive motivation, took part in the training.
During our visit to Doboj, we spoke with several candidates, who conveyed to us their great impressions and satisfaction with what they achieved in training, which also made the bond with their pets much stronger, and opened the door to learning new tricks and working on the mental stimulation of the dog.

Dogs, like us, learn best through rewards and positive motivation, and in addition to regular physical exercise, it is very important for them to be given tasks that they solve using their intelligence. Owners who provide their dog with attention, love, mental stimulation, enough physical exercise, and certainly healthy food, fresh water and an airy place to stay at a comfortable temperature, manage their dog much better and easier, they are happier and more connected to them, they will never want to leave it, and the dog will not pose a risk to other dogs and the community.

In a conversation with the boy Almir Jupić, we learned how he adopted his pet named Lea and how much they both learned at the Dog School. Almir says that Lea was scared before because of everything she had gone through in her life on the street, but the training at the Dogs Trust Dog School helped both Lea and him to overcome all the problems, and to keep getting closer. Lea, says Almir, is very beautiful, so everyone asks him if she is a special breed! We say, yes, Lea is a very special breed like many other mixed breeds, bright, smart, cuddly, and unique like all of us!

Dogs are noble creatures that have served man since ancient times, and they are increasingly recognised as great companions with an extremely positive effect on mental health, and children who grow up with a pet have more self-confidence, they are more responsible in performing tasks, and love and respect all others.
