Blacky

Blacky is a young, playful Labrador type dog with short, black hair and unusual yellow to light brown eyes. He was found near the Pegasos Equestrian Club and immediately won the hearts of all the children attending the riding lessons.

He is only 5 months old, and is between medium and large. He is currently in a temporary home where he gets along with several dogs of different age groups and sexes, so it can be said that he gets along very well with everyone. He likes to meet new dogs, people, and is great with children. He is used to a leash, and has good hygiene habits, i.e. defecates only during walks.

He is very similar, both physically and in character, to one of our previously adopted dogs, Milky, so everyone who was interested in adopting Milky, now has the opportunity to apply for our wonderful Blacky. Blacky is waiting until he is 6 months old to be neutered so that he comes to his new owner fully vetted.

Blacky likes to run, socialize and play with other dogs and with children, so an ideal home would be a family with children and perhaps another dog that Blacky could socialize with when no one is home. He doesn't make a mess of the apartment when he is alone, but it is desirable that he has the opportunity to run out regularly, so a house with a fenced yard would be a better choice for him. He knows basic commands like sit, lie down and come, and he is strong
